1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of Enzep Digital Solutions & IT Services ("Enzep Digital") or engaging our agency services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Services & Statements of Work
All technical engineering, visual branding, marketing funnels, and automation pipelines are delivered pursuant to an executed Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
3. Intellectual Property Guarantee
Upon final milestone approval and full satisfaction of invoiced amounts:
- 100% of custom source code (Next.js, Tailwind, React components, and custom API scripts) is transferred to the Client.
- All design tokens, vector brand assets, typography guidelines, and logos belong exclusively to the Client.
- No proprietary license locks or hidden maintenance fees are imposed.
4. Post-Launch Warranty & SLAs
Standard engagements include a 30-day post-launch warranty covering software defects and performance deviations from agreed specifications at zero additional cost. Ongoing SLA support agreements are governed by individual Service Level Agreements.
